Reporting Overview

Reports are to evaluate the performance of ads created on your platform. Reports provide insights using various metrics and dimensions related to campaigns and advertisers.

โ—๏ธ Report Types

You can create 2 types of reports: predefined or customized.

With the predefined report, you can create performance reports depending on product, category, brand, keyword, campaign, advertiser, and ad placement.

And with the customized report, you can conduct performance evaluation by adding various metrics such as impressions, click, sale quantity, budget, CVR to the report and by applying filters in dimensions or metrics e.g campaign name, category and bid type.

Reports can be edited. Added metrics, dimensions and filters can be changed.

Metricsโ€‹

Impressionsโ€‹

Number of times your ad was displayed.

Salesโ€‹

Total amount of revenue earned by ads.

Clicksโ€‹

Total number of chargeable clicks.

Sale Quantityโ€‹

Total number of sales from ads.

Advertising Cost of Sales (ACoS)โ€‹

The amount of money you spent on advertising versus sales you received. The formula for ACoS is ( [total ad spend] รท [total sales] ).

CVR (Conversion Rate)โ€‹

The percentage of users who take a desired action after clicking on.

CTR (Click Through Rate)โ€‹

Percentage of chargeable clicks relative to impressions (clicks divided by impressions).

Average CPC (Cost Per Click)โ€‹

Total spent on your ads divided by total clicks.

Number of adsโ€‹

Your total number of ads running.

Total budgetโ€‹

The overall budget for the ad campaign.

Daily budgetโ€‹

Maximum amount you can spend each day.

Budget loadedโ€‹

Amount you have loaded into your ad budget.

Budget leftโ€‹

Amount left after spent on ads.

Budget spentโ€‹

Amount you spent on ads impressions or interactions.

Breakdownsโ€‹

Breakdowns, along with metrics, determine what data is shown in your reports. They help you slice your report data by certain attributes.

The order of breakdowns in a report depends on the order you add them. You can change, add, or remove breakdowns.

Here are some breakdowns to add your report:
Name of the campaign, Name of the advertiser, Bid Type, Category, Product, Brand, Keyword, Ad placement, Location, Gender
